ふわとろオムライス！卵は最後まで開いちゃダメ！優しい味のオムライスをオリジナルケチャップソースが優しく包み込む！

大阪駅前第1,3ビルにあるオムライス屋さん。

目の前にはうどん棒やぶどう亭など有名人気店が軒を連ねる。

 

食券制。

今回はチキンオムライス(770円)とキノコチキンオムライスLサイズ(930円+Lサイズ150円)を注文。

最後まで卵は開かないでください。

そうすればふわとろ卵が最後まで楽しめます。ということ

 

普通のサイズは女の人やと全部食べ切れるかなくらいで、

Lサイズは男の人でもお腹すいていないと食べ切れないかな、

くらいの量。

 

どちらのオムライスも卵はふわとろ。

ご飯は王道なケチャップライスではなく、かなり優しい味のバターライスみたいな感じ。

 

キノコチキンオムライスはデミグラスソース系。

かなり大人なデミグラスソースって感じ。

ブラックペッパーが効いてて食欲をそそる。

 

もちろんデミグラスソースのオムライスも美味しかったけど、なんといってもケチャップベースのオムライスが美味しい。

ケチャップソースは程よい甘み,酸味,コク,フルーティーさがあり、それが優しい味のオムライスを包み込む。

バランスがめちゃくちゃいい。

これは美味しい。

 

一つだけ文句を言うとすると、サイズかな。

普通のサイズとLサイズの間のサイズがあるとかなり嬉しい。

デミグラスソースも美味しいけど、初めて行くときはぜひケチャップソースベースのオムライスを食べて頂きたい。

優しく包み込まれてください。
