土日のランチは行列必死！絶妙な舌触りと程よいもちもち感！

うどん

大阪駅前第3ビルの地下二階にあるうどん屋さん。

隣は洋食有名店のぶどう亭さん。

なので、土日のランチ時はどちらの店にも行列ができて勝負してるかのよう笑

 

行列に並んでまでは嫌やったから、土曜のオープン11時前に店に到着。

お客さんは既に3人並んでた。

コロナのせいもあるやろうけど、11時15分〜30分くらいに行けば並ばずに食べれそうな感じやった。

なので早めに行くのがおすすめ。

 

名物はちゃんぽんうどん（900円）,オリーブつけ麺（豚:850円,牛:1000円）,ちく玉ひや天うどん（1050円）らしい。

常連さんと思われる人はカレーうどんを食べてて気になる。

店主が香川県出身らしい。

やから、オリーブ系とかがあるんか。

冷たいぶっかけ系が食べたいので今回はちく玉ひや天うどんの大盛り（+150円）を注文。

 

天ぷら（海苔,海老,ちくわ）と温玉が乗っている。

ぶっかけのたれと好みですだち汁を入れて食べるらしい。

 

舌触りがよく、少しもちっとしている。

麺は太すぎず細すぎず。

めっちゃコシが強いってわけやないけど、美味しい。

 

確かに美味しい。

けど、これを食べるために行列に並ぼうとは思わんな笑

並んでなければ行きたいけど。

次はなかなか見かけないちゃんぽんうどんかオリーブつけ麺を食べたいなぁ。
