見た目だけじゃない！見事なバランスの野菜ラーメン！
東京出張時にぱっとラーメンを。
キノコのベジソバが気になって注文。
普段なら絶対注文しないな笑
味玉キノコのベジソバ(980円)
少し高いけど、まあ具が多いし仕方ないか。
こういう変わり種ラーメンって美味しかったことないし、まあネタで食べようかあと思いながらすする。
マッシュルーム、ズッキーニ、トマト、パプリカ、マッシュルームなど野菜たっぷり。チャーシューは鶏です。
ベジ白湯スープらしい。
節系の和風スープでクリーミー。
マッシュルームの香りもしっかり。
蕎麦色の麺は椎茸パウダーが練りこまれているらしい。
期待してなかったから、ん？意外に美味しい
（期待しなさ過ぎ）
〆はチーズリゾット。
スープと麺の相性と〆リゾット、全てにおいてバランスが取れていて、満足！
こういう創作ラーメン系ってかなり難しいと思うけど、よく考えられた一品でした。
