ホワイティ梅田が新しくなって登場！台北の西門近くにある地元で人気店が日本初出店！

ホワイティうめだの泉の広場エリアが2019年12月にリニューアルオープン。

「NOMOKAゾーン」というものが出来た。

昼からでも飲めるような居酒屋街の雰囲気がある。

ここに日本初出店「台北餃子張記」ができたので行ってみることに。

台北の西門近くにある地元では人気店らしい。

 

昼間や夕方は持ち帰りとかで結構行列になることも。

 

内観は本場を感じれるような雰囲気。

メニューは餃子,水餃子はもちろん、

酸辣湯麺(スーラータンメン),魯肉飯（ルーローハン）など本格的な台湾料理も楽しめる。

 

今回は二軒目ということもあり、餃子,水餃子,杏仁豆腐を注文。

鍋張棒焼き餃子という名で餃子はかなり細い形状をしている。

日本の餃子と違いニンニクを一切使用していないそう。

スナック感覚で食べるような餃子であてにはいいかもやけど、

そこまで美味しくない。笑

でも水餃子はかなりもちもちしていてつるっとした食感で、

中の餡は肉汁がたっぷりで旨味もあり美味しい。

餃子より水餃子のほうが確実に美味しい。笑

 

次は色んな台湾料理を食べに来たいな。

気軽に台湾料理を味わえていいかも。
