老舗60年以上のライブ感あるおでんを堪能！鍋で熱々のまま食べられる！
曽根崎にあるおでんの常夜燈。
創業60年以上でかなりの老舗。
エレベーターで2階に上がるとあります。
テーブル,カウンター席,掘りごたつなど40席あり、結構広い。
基本の梅10種(3500円)を注文。
大根,豆腐,こんにゃく,じゃがいも,卵,ひろうす,つくね,季節のおでんなど10種類。
〆に茶飯とお漬物がつく。
あと、ネギ袋(ネギと肉味噌を揚げで包んだもの),煮込みも注文。
おでんは鍋に出汁を入れて温めながら食べる。
これはかなり嬉しい。
熱々がおでんの醍醐味やからなあ。
出汁はコクがありながら、やや甘味感じる。
卵は二卵黄でラッキーやと思ったら、玉子全て二黄卵らしい。
なーんや笑
どれもしっかりしみてて美味しい。
〆の茶飯はおでんのスープを入れるかと思ったら、新しい出汁にご飯が入った状態で持ってきてくれる。
ゆっくりできる感じでなんか落ち着いたなあ。
