鶏と豚骨をしっかり煮出したまろやかな包み込むスープがたまらない！くどくない上品な味が逸品で女性必見
以前行ったエスプーマ系のラーメン屋さんが美味しくなくて、インスタ映えのラーメン屋と思って、足が遠ざかっててんなあ。
本町駅から徒歩5分くらいのところにあるエスプーマ系のラーメン屋さん。
靱公園から歩いたところかな。
本町以外にも、総本店である大阪の寺田町、大阪駅k近くのLINKS梅田、東京の高田馬場など店舗も多い。
人気な証やね。
今回は味玉一番人気のふく流ラーメン(880円),チャーシュー丼小(270円：ランチ次は220円)を注文。
見た目美しい。
刻んだ玉ねぎ・水菜・味玉・チャーシューが添えられている。
スープを飲むと、ん？！美味しい！
鶏白湯を圧力釜でとことん炊いた臭みのない鶏白湯スープで、かなりまろやか。
個人的に鶏白湯くどくてあまり好きやないねんけど、まろやかで出汁と醤油ベースがいい働きをしている。
さらにエスプーマの柚子ベースでさっぱりどんどん食べられる。
上品な鶏白湯スープって感じ。
これは美味しいな。
チャーシューは厚めのレアチャーシュー。
ただ最後の方はおじさんには少しくどくて飽きてきたかな笑
調味料に柚子の果汁とかがあれば最後まで美味しく食べれて完璧な気がする。
チャーシュー丼はレアチャーシューにこれもエスプーマがかかっている。
醤油ベースの炙られたエスプーマで、これがまた美味しい。
バランスの取れたチャーシュー丼。
ふう。
エスプーマ系ラーメンなめてた。
美味しかった。
女の子にも人気やろうなあ。
